If you are not satisfied, then you may return the item(s) subject to the return policies below: Stock Furniture, Revivals, Poufs, Rugs & Rug Swatches – 14 days to return and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Non-Furniture Items: Includes Lighting (uninstalled), Mirrors, Bedding, Décor, Jewelry, and Tabletop – 30 days to return. Mattresses – 60 days to return and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Custom Special-Order Merchandise – The 50% deposit at time of purchase will not be refunded if you wish to cancel, return, or exchange item. Clearance Items (marked Last Change), Direct Ship Artwork, Fresh Décor, One-of-a kinds, and Wallpaper – Cannot be returned. A 50% restocking fee will be applied if any of these items are refused or returned after delivery.
