What is Project Nursery return policy?
Due to the curated nature of items that Project Nursery carry, some items are not eligible for return, including, but not limited to: furniture, wallpaper + decals, rugs, paint, and custom produced items. Please see individual product listing where your order was placed to determine if your item is eligible for return. Items not eligible for return will be noted with This item is not eligible for return or exchange. If your item is eligible for return, then a 30 day return policy applies. Please email shop@projectnursery.com for return approval. You will need to include your order number, the items you are returning and the reason for your return. Return approval typically takes 24-48 hours. You are responsible for return shipping costs and Project Nursery does not provide return shipping labels. A $8 restocking fee will apply to your return. Project Nursery will take 5-7 business days to process return once they received the item(s). This restocking fee will be waived if you choose store credit. All items must be in their original, unopened packaging in new condition.

Many items are shipped from the New Jersey warehouse within 1-2 business days. Project Nursery offer free shipping on select items and accessories marked the Free Shipping Blue Truck Logo. Crib mattresses and smaller shipments will cost additional $15 + $25 flat shipping rate. Most furniture items that require assembly, such as cribs, changing tables, and select gliders/rockers will cost additional $59 Large Parcel shipping rate. Larger furniture items that may arrive assembled or partially assembled shipments will cost additional $99 XL Parcel shipping rate. Larger or heavier furniture items will cost additional $149 Oversized Parcel shipping rate. Project Nursery does off international shipping. Free shipping does not apply to international shipping at this time. Some items are not eligible for international shipping, including furniture.
