Sur La Table allots 60 days to return your product if it is unsatisfactory. You can either return the item directly to a Sur La Table store or mail it with the included return label. The return shipping is not prepaid. You must include your invoice or receipt with all returns. If you do not include your invoice or receipt you must include a note along with your item explaining why and how you wish Sur La Table would precede with the return. A full refund will show within 30 days.
