What is the Teva return policy?

Teva allows unworn shoes and other items to be returned for 60 days. A return can be started using the online forms and the customer account or by following the directions on the shipping invoice.

What shipping methods and details apply to Teva orders?

Teva ships using UPS with the exception of items that are shipped to military posts. Those shipments are shipped via USPS. Standard orders ship for $8 unless the total order is over $35. All orders that contain clearance items ship at the $8 price regardless of the amount. Blue label, two-day shipping is available for $15, and red label, Next Day shipping is $26. All international shipping is $75. Teva does not ship to PO Boxes.
