Tous will accept returns on orders within 30 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be in perfect condition with the certificate of authenticity and sales receipt. Fragrances, cosmetics, and discounted items are always a final sale and not eligible for return. All returns must be sent to Tous’s Return Service Center at your expense with the original packing slip and certificate of authenticity.
