All sales are final and there are no returns or refunds. If an event is cancelled you can receive a refund or get assistance with new tickets if the event is going to be rescheduled at some point in the future. If you are not allowed in to a venue for your event for any reason, you may be able to get reimbursed for the tickets if you can show that you were there and that you were not allowed to go inside for some reason.
