What is the Volcom return policy?
Volcom allows most items to be returned for 45 days after purchase. All returns must start with a request for a return merchandise authorization number or RMA. Any item that does not have an RMA will not be accepted. After receiving the RMA a prepaid label will be sent so that your item can be mailed back. You may also choose to use your own shipping method, however your shipping fees will not be included in the refund.

Volcom uses FedEx for shipping for most orders. Options including ground shipping, Second Day, and Next Day. Orders over $59 plus orders for loyalty members will receive free ground shipping. All other orders ship for $5.99, $14.99 for Second Day, $19.99 for Next Day. PO Box orders are shipped using Smart Post and are free.
